Covid safety precautions update

With covid restrictions tightening and changing, I wanted to update you on our policies and practices to reassure you that our clinic space is clean and safe and that your health and safety is our number one priority.

Prior to your appointment

If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please postpone or cancel your appointment.

You will be sent a covid pre screening form to complete to rule out any illness

We have a reduced cancellation time in place of just four hours so you’re not tempted to attend an appointment you can’t cancel if you're feeling unwell

Please bring your own water bottle and minimal belongings

Try to wear clothing which is easy to remove and avoid wearing jewellery

Payments as always will be taken prior to your treatment to avoid cash handling

At your appointment

Your temperature will be checked on arrival

Our clearly placed test and trace QR code will need to be scanned on arrival or your contact details will be stored for 21 days

I will open the door for you on arrival

Hands to be sanitised or washed on arrival

Shoes to be left at the door and all belongings to be stored in a plastic container that is santised between each appointment

Face mask to be worn for all face up treatments or all the time if you are a vulnerable client

Please try to minimise touching surfaces/opening doors, I will open doors for you

The clinic

A minimum of 15 minutes gap is left between each client to allow for thorough cleaning, sanitising and airing of the room

There is ventilation at all times through our vents or weather permitting, the door will be left slightly open

All linens are changed between every client and washed at 60 degrees

All surfaces, the massage couch and floor around the couch and bathroom are cleaned between every client and a thorough deep clean is done at the end of every day. We have a cleaning chart on display documenting this for you to view

The room may appear a little bare as I have had to remove any soft furnishing

Your therapist

A visor and apron (or clothes change between every client) are worn at all times and a face mask will be added for face up treatments and vulnerable clients

Hand washing/sanitising is performed between every client and after touching anything

Daily temperature check performed, recorded and displayed for you to see
